It just might be time to get rid of the two party system in our government. Can we just be Americans? I grew up Democrat, just because my family was. Then I became a Republican because my husband was one. I didn’t care one way or the other during my life time. Obviously, most of us felt that way. See what we did? We let some lifetime political morons take advantage of us & stoke division where there was none, or very little. Like lemmings we jumped off the mountain, one after another. If we have to have 2 parties, let us be Americans & Anti-American. That way the sane ones can join our big American party & ship the anti’s to their country of choice.
I raised my daughter without ever having to discuss being a racist, it just never came up. I simply live like I don’t see colors. I see the person. I expect the majority of Americans are not the least bit racist & like me, are getting sick & tired of being told that we are. I am not ashamed to be a white American. If there’s any racism at the present time, it’s 100% against white people. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I never owned slaves & I bet none of you have ever been slaves (unless, of course, you live in another country).
Now we’re finding out that an organization (SPLC) that was funded with our tax money to fight hate & bigotry is a scam. An example? OUR tax dollars are paying for supplies to erect & burn crosses and for the KKK sheets & masks. This is their job…keeping the KKK alive in order to divide us.
I actually feel sorry for the lifelong democrats because the Socialist Party has taken them over. I truly believe that 90% of the democrats love our country and know that everything cannot be free (i.e. grocery stores, childcare, medical, etc.) Someone has to pay for all of that. It’s just an excuse not to work. What pride can you take from that?
Let me rephrase that…I feel sorry for the lifelong democrats who are trying to stand up to the socialist party that has stolen their good name. Thank you Fetterman! Y’all are all welcome to the sane American party.
Also, this so called “racism” that is supposedly rampant & prevalent in our country is a scam to keep us divided. The only racist I’ve heard in the last ten years are those against only white people. (i.e. Joy Reid ring a bell?) Well, God made me white at birth. Therefore, I’m white and proud and will not apologize for it. We all bleed red. We are the same, no matter what we’ve or our ancestors have been through in the past. If you can find me one race that has not been enslaved at one point or the other, I’d definitely like to hear from you. Stop with the reparation nonsense & get a job.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m over being a pawn in the hands of lifelong politicians with NO COMMON SENSE whatsoever. We vote these idiots in because we expect them to work for us. It seems they do anything but that. One side tries to pass a bill, the other blocks it. I’m not even curious why NOTHING ever gets done & our tax dollars keep disappearing into the abyss of ridiculous spending.
I ask American’s everywhere not to vote foreigners into our government offices. This is the way they plan on taking over and we DO NOT want that. I heard a reporter ask a democrat politician “where has socialism ever worked?” She had no answer & just joked & laughed the question off. Have you noticed how many direct questions they avoid and/or ignore.
At this point, I’m not Republican or Democrat. I’m an American and proud of it. The division among us real people has to stop & we need to quit watching and/or listening to people that do nothing but cause division.
Let’s celebrate this 250th birthday like true proud Americans. Take a cue from all the celebrating soccer players in the USA right now. They can’t stop praising our country and our proud people. The left cannot even report on these stories.
